20-Ducat Piece of Leopold I of Austria (1658-1705) 1668 Gold diameter 46.5 mm, weight 69.51 g The obverse shows a bust of the Emperor Leopold wearing the Order of the Golden Fleece on a ribbon around his neck. On the reverse is a double-headed eagle, the emblem of the archdukes of Austria. The coin bears the mark of the Viennese coin engraver Franz Faber. Among the rare and highly valuable gold ducats of large denominations, 20-ducat pieces of 1668 are particularly rare.
