A scroll made from four sheets glued together. Oriental paper, glossy on two sides. The yarlyk is written in Turkish using Arabic script. The main text is executed in the handwriting of a divani, and the last line in the handwriting of a shikeste.

This yarlyk is a tarkhan charter issued in the name of Khan Toktamysh (1380-1395). The document consists of a declaration of a grant to a certain Bek-Haji of lands and people in the region of port Molochny on the territory of the present-day Zaporozhe Oblast of the Ukraine. It sets out the terms of the grant.
