The excursions are devoted to different kinds of art: architecture, sculpture, painting and decorative art.

Season lectures on different subjects are offered for pre-school and primary school children with parents:

For school children of 6-7 forms the Museum offers the following subjects:

• Culture and art of the Ancient World
• Culture and art of the Middle Ages
• Culture and art of the Renaissance

For school children of senior forms the Museum offers season subject lectures on the following topics:

• Architecture of St Petersburg from Baroque to Modern
• Arabian art of the Middle East
• The world of Christian art
