The Youth Educational Center of the Hermitage offers 1 to 6 week educational programs from students at creative institutions of higher learning.

The program include tours dedicated to the architecture of Saint Petersburg, visits to museums and residences outside the city, the studios of contemporary artists, day trips to other cities in the region, drawing classes and meetings with Russian students. This program devotes particular attention to study of the Hermitage collection, including classes at exhibits, meetings with their curators, and visiting storage areas. These programs are developed individually for every group in accordance with their wishes.
