Workshop by Alexander Reichstein.
Alexander Reichstein was born in 1957 in Moscow. Since 1990,
he has lived and worked in Finland. This artist creates sculptural
installations. Intended for various levels of understanding,
they unite the popular and the elite, audience of different
ages and tastes. The playful character of the installation is
blended with the serious philosophical, historical and mythological
meaning behind his exposition.
At the Mutatis Mutandis project, as at Reichstein's other projects,
the public will be given the role of an active participant,
turning the exhibition into a continuous performance. Becoming
coauthors, visitors create unbelievable images out of the forms
offered by the artist.
