Session of the Hermitage Academic Council On 1 July 2004 the Hermitage Academic Council met in a session called to confirm a new membership list. Director of the State Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovsky delivered introductory remarks to the Council members. Candidates for membership nominated by the various departments of the museum and also by its director were presented to the participants of the session. Following a discussion, the membership list of the new Academic Council was confirmed and a new set of Articles of Organization of the Hermitage Academic Council was adopted. |
