On 28 June 2005 a delegation from the Dutch brewery concern Heineken paid a visit to the State Hermitage. The delegation was headed by the Director of Heineken Russia, Mr Roland Pirmez. During the course of the visit, State Hermitage Director Mikhail Piotrovsky extended his greetings to the guests in the Hermitage Theatre. The Director of the State Hermitage later met with the company management for a discussion of issues in a future cooperation between the State Hermitage and Heineken's.
