The Dialog of Cultures - 2010. The 5th International forum for young journalists of Eurasia

15-17 November 2010 the 5th International forum for young journalists of Eurasia was held at the State Hermitage. Over 150 forum participants from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Russia, Tajikistan, as well as students of St Petersburg and Moscow universities, who gathered at the Hermitage Theater, discussed current issues of journalism and the future of mass media. The forum organized by the State Hermitage and the Eurasia Media-Center was opened by the museum director Mikhail Piotrovsky and the general secretary of the International Confederation of Journalist Unions Ashot Jazoyan.

17 November became a shooting day. Representatives of television channels had an opportunity to get familiar with the Restoration and Storage Center in Staraya Derevnya, permanent and temporary exhibitions of the museum, and shoot films dedicated to selected themes.

At the end of the forum a commemorative token "For real contribution to the dialog of cultures" was given to Advisor of Director General of UNESCO Henrich Yushkyavichyus and President of the Civilization television company Lyev Nikolaev.
