Director of the State Hermitage was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of St Petersburg

On 25 May 2011 by the decision of the Legislative Assembly of St Petersburg Mikhail Piotrovsky, Director of the State Hermitage, scientist-orientalist, Ph.D. in history, Professor of the St Petersburg State University, was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of St Petersburg.

The staff of the Hermitage extend their congratulations to Mikhail Piotrovsky for the award of this honorary title.
