Winners of the Vladimir Potanin Charity Foundation competition

On 22 November 2011 the Hermitage Academic Council approved the list of 50 museum employees who have been awarded Vladimir Potanin Charity Foundation grants for the most significant Hermitage projects implemented in 2011.

The Vladimir Potanin Charity Foundation grant program has been operating since 2005. Its goal is to develop the potential of State Hermitage employees, to create conditions for museum employees to produce fruitful work and to strengthen their social security.

In 2011 grants were awarded for archive work, creating exhibitions, exhibit registration, book publication, dissertation defence and many other projects. The size of the grants awarded in 2011 amounts to 45,000 roubles.

The awards ceremony will be held 7 December 2011 at 15.30 in the Hermitage Theatre.
