St. Petersburg will welcome Manifesta

On February 22, 2013, the Smolny hosted a meeting between the Vice Governor of St. Petersburg, V.N. Kichedzhi, and the members of the organizing committee of the Manifesta International Contemporary Art Festival. The city's decision to welcome Manifesta in St. Petersburg in 2014 was approved. The primary venue for the festival will be the buildings of the State Hermitage Museum and several landmarks of industrial architecture.
