Press conference, dedicated to the opening of the 7th International Dedication to the Maestro Festival

On 12 March, 2013, the Hermitage Theatre hosted a press conference, dedicated to the opening of the 7th International Dedication to the Maestro Festival, organized by the State Hermitage Museum and the Domus Production Centre.

The participants in the press conference included the General Director of the State Hermitage Museum, and the Chairman of the Artistic Council and Organizing Committee of the Festival, Mikhail Borisovich Piotrovsky, National Artist of the USSR Saulius Sondeckis, pianist and winner of international competition, Lukas Genius(as, the representative of the General Partner of the Festival, Promsvyazbank OJSC, Nadezhda Sergeevna Plygun and the artistic director of the festival, Maria Musienko.

The festival concerts will be held from March 13th to 23rd on the stage of the Hermitage Theatre in the halls of the museum and in the Atrium of the General Staff Building.

Traditionally, all of the festival concerts are connected with memorable dates and organized in such a way that they offer an opportunity to hear works from different eras and styles performed by both celebrated musicians and talented young artists.
