New Hermitage Shop

On 19 July, 2002, the Hermitage opened a shop offering artifact copies and souvenirs, trading with the use of the museum's e-commerce system. Displays installed in the shop offer customers the possibility to choose both from the showcases and the complete catalogue of the Hermitage e-shop site. Home delivery is possible. This is convenient because sometimes the souvenirs have big dimensions or weight.
Customers may choose what they like, pay by credit card and have their purchase delivered to the door of their home.
