International Club of Petersburgers Holds its Official Assembly

On 15 January, 2003, the Hermitage Theater hosted an assembly of the International Club of Petersburgers marking the 12th anniversary of the Club’s foundation. The event was attended by foreign general consuls, deputies of the Legislative Assembly, representatives of the St. Petersburg Administration, famous scientists, actors, managers of companies, banks, publishing houses, museums and libraries and foreign members of the Club from the UK, Germany, Italy and Estonia. The Assembly was traditionally opened by the Club’s President Mikhail B. Piotrovsky. New members were officially admitted. Results of the Club’s twelfth year of work were reported. The Assembly was closed by a concert of Camerata Orchestra conducted by Jan Moritz Onken.
