Every year on the eve of the winter holidays the Hermitage Theatre gives its stage to the children's theatrical performance of the Drawing Studio. This year all the six age groups staged a little play on the subject The Hermitage Meets the New Century. The children with the help of their parents made costumes to perform the subjects in which the gods and heroes of the myths of Ancient Greece, images from different genres and schools of painting, from the rooms and buildings of the Hermitage Museum say their greetings to the new century and the new millennium. The performance represented on the stage of the Hermitage Theatre is a result of a great deal of work done by the children, by their parents and the teachers.
