The gown is entirely in a range of silvery hues so fashionable when the Art Nouveau was dominant. The glistening of the satin through layers of chiffon and tulle creates a striking background for a skirt embellished with a broad garland of fantastic flowers with a three-dimensional outline that have been embroidered with silver sequins in combination with gold twisted thread and beadwork.
