You can avoid a long line at the ticketing office in the museum by purchasing Hermitage tickets online. When you place an order with our e-shop, you will receive a Ticket Voucher via email in one to three days. The Voucher should be presented to the Administrator along with a valid form of ID and will be redeemed/exchanged for an actual ticket/s to the museum.

Valid form of ID (passport, Drivers License, student ID card etc) is a requirement to enter the State Hermitage Museum. Internet Ticket Voucher carries your name, which should correspond with the name of an actual Voucher bearer.

You won't be able to attend the Museum without proper valid form of ID corresponding to the same name as that of the Voucher.

If you wish to buy an Internet Ticket Voucher for somebody else or wish to change the information that is already on the Voucher, please contact Customer Service and provide the name of the person who will actually attend the Museum. Please remember that you can always place separate orders, rather than ordering a large quantity at once.

The cost of the ticket includes a privilege to use photo/video cameras, where permitted. Unused Vouchers are refundable upon cancellation (less Processing Service Fee). A nonrefundable Processing Service Fee $3.95 applies per each Ticket sold.
