How to get there

Address: Zausadebskaya ulitsa 37

Nearest Metro station: Staraya Derevnya (600 metres away)

Telephone: +7 (812) 340-10-26

Entry to the museum

The entrance to the Restoration and Storage Centre from Zausadebskaya ulitsa is fitted with a ramp. On entering, visitors need to go through a walk-through metal detector (if you have medical reasons for not doing so, please inform a member of staff).

Ticket office, cloakrooms, information desk

The ticket office, cloakroom and information desk (duty administrator) are located in the ground-floor vestibule, on the same level as the entry facilities.

Replacement wheelchair

If necessary, a replacement wheelchair is available from the cloakroom.

Toilets

Toilets for visitors are in the cloakroom area of the vestibule. A toilet with larger stalls is located on the ground floor beyond the entrance turnstiles. Please ask the administrator if you need access to it.

Entrance control

Visitors’ access to the open-storage tour route is through the entrance turnstiles. The administrator will allow wheelchair-users to bypass the turnstiles through a special gate.

Lifts and elevators

The Restoration and Storage Centre is equipped with large capacity lifts and other devices. Visitors requiring them go around with their tour group accompanied by a lift-operator.

We recommend contacting the administrator in advance before a visit by telephone: +7 (812) 340-10-26. You will be provided with assistance in arranging your visit, including getting out of and into a vehicle directly by the museum entrance.
