Portrait of State Councillor Andrei Vikulin

Russia, 1822

Andrei Alexeyevich Vikulin (ca. 1785–?) was a landowner and state councillor (1826–31). In 1826–28 he was Marshal of the Nobility in the town of Zadonsk in Voronezh province. He is depicted in the uniform of the Commission for the Drafting of Laws with a badge of the Order of St Vladimir fourth class.
