The State Hermitage is inviting people to visit the museum free of charge during additional evening hours in connection with the Hermitage’s hosting of the Saint Petersburg International Forum of United Cultures.
On 12, 13 and 14 September 2024, the Main Museum Complex will stay open until 9:00 pm. All the time slots after 6:00 pm will be free of charge. The quantity of tickets available will be limited by the museum’s capacity.
On 12 September, due to the provision of additional free-of-charge time slots, the special slots for evening visits to the temporary exhibitions “ARS VIVENDI. Frans Snyders and Seventeenth-Century Flemish Still Lifes” and “The Adventures of Baron Munchausen in Russia” will be cancelled. The cost of tickets already purchased will be refunded in full.
Free-of-charge tickets can be obtained in advance from the official State Hermitage
website or from the ticket offices of the Main Museum Complex between 5:50 and 8:00 pm on the days of the Forum.
On 11–13 September 2024, the Hermitage’s General Staff building will be closed to the public. The timetables of other Hermitage display facilities will remain unchanged during the holding of the Saint Petersburg International Cultural Forum.
