Twenty museums are participating in the Festival of Children’s Museum Programmes entitled “Children’s Days in Petersburg” in 2024. The routes around each of them are linked by the theme of “chance”. The tasks on the route around the Hermitage are set by Fortuna – the ancient Roman goddess of luck and success. The youngsters’ route will take in the halls of Ancient Egypt and Classical Antiquity, Italian and Flemish painting, the Knights’ Hall and also the Hall of the Kolyvan Vase.
The same programme was held in the museum during the autumn school holidays in 2023. During the spring break in 2024, Fortuna will again be making her way around with our young guests.
