On 25 May 2024, the Day of the Hermitage Cat, an exhibition of finalists of the “Portrait of a Hermitage Cat” children’s art competition will open in the Public Forum of the State Hermitage’s General Staff building.
The display will feature more than fifty works, including pictures by the winners of the competition in each age category. Some of the finalists’ works will also be exhibited in the Jordan Gallery of the Main Museum Complex.
The competition has been organized by the Movement of the First Russian children’s and youth movement with the support of the State Hermitage and the Moscow International Biennale of Contemporary Art.
